Q: If possible mix different colors wholesale? 

A: Sure! Just accept our color designed,  the customized colors must be more than 2000pcs.

Q: May I have a discount if the order quantity is big as large quantity?

A: Yes, cheaper prices with big quantity orders.

Q: Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind ?

A: If your order has been done in our production line, we cannot change it. It is about 2 days after confirming the order.

Q: How can I get the sample for free?

A: If your order is up to 1000pcs after the confirm the sample, the sample fee will be rebated in the order payment, but the couries cost is not accept to return. Thanks for your understand.

Q: When is the order ready to ship? 

A: Normally speaking, 30-45 days after receiving your payment, but the final delivery time is negotiated based on order qty and production schedule.

Q: How is the warranty?

A: One year warranty as per the signed date of invoice!
